For no additional cost, you can add a Large Text and Small Text elements to your custom Standee. Our experienced designers will choose a look and feel to go with your photo. Please add any special instructions you'd like to include after you upload your photo. You will receive a proof before your product is produced.

A Custom Cardboard Cutout Cafe Premium Stand-Up is designed to be taller than it is wide.

Our experienced designers will intelligently crop the image to fit your chosen style so your Custom Stand-Up looks great. You will be sent a proof prior to production. Please help them out by submitting an image that is taller than it is wide. Thanks!

All sales of Cardboard Cutout Cafe products are final once your item prints.

Because of the high level of customization and detailed work, we require your approval during the proofing process.

You will receive your first proof for free. If you ask for changes, we will send a second proof, also for free. Additional proofs are at the discretion of Cardboard Cutout Cafe, but we will make every attempt to assure that you are satisfied.

It is IMPORTANT that you reply as soon as possible when we send you a proof. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will assume the item is satisfactory and will proceed to print your item. Be sure to check your SPAM FOLDER when looking for your proof by email. Some email providers occasionally misdirect the proofing emails.

We will send the proof to the Email address immediately below. The proof will be sent in .jpg format in 3-4 business days. You should receive your Cardboard Cutout Cafe product in 12-14 business days, if there are no significant proofing delays.
